When are consignments accepted?
***All drops are by appointment only***
We do not accept drops on Saturdays.
Do I get my items back that you don't want or don't sell?
Simply stay in the store while we preview your consignment and we’ll be happy to return them to you. If you’d rather Drop & Go, we will simple donate any items we are unable consign to local charities and donation slips are available upon request. At the end of the 70 days, items that do not sell are donated (excluding High End).
Want the best consigning experience?
Bring your items in clean, wrinkle/odor/smoke/pet hair free and on hangers. We can provide hangers if needed. This means items are ready for our sales floor and can be processed quickly and efficiently to get you earning money on your consignment, faster!
**We prefer no clothing in bags or boxes, often times many of these items are donated due to wrinkles.
What do you accept?
Current styles-3 years or newer; If it’s in your closet, we take it! (Excluding swimwear, sleepwear & undergarments)
What season are you taking?
Spring- February and March
Summer- April - July
Fall- August and September
Winter- October- January
Is there anything you don’t accept?
Brands from K-Mart, Walmart, Target, Payless, Rue 21, Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, Old Navy, Swimwear, Sleepwear, and Undergarments
How much do I receive?
Get a check= 40%; Use it as store credit= 50%. Consignors may receive up to 60%-70% for high end items. Checks can be picked up at any time during business hours. We deduct an annual $10 membership fee from your account, once you become a recurring consignor.
How long are items on the sales floor?
Up to 70 Days. At the end of 70 days, items are displayed for a one day sale as a last effort to get consignor something for their items. Remaining items are donated (excluding High End items). Donation slips available upon request. If you have remaining High End items, we will call or email you to come retrieve those items. We ask that you pick them up with in 10-14 days.
