When you think of society's standard for beauty, do you measure up? Do you feel you are as beautiful as the actresses on tv? Models on the runway? If your answers are no, then you fit in with about 80-90% of women. That is really sad!

Let’s be real – the media bombards us with images of flawless models and celebrities, setting unrealistic standards of beauty. But remember, those images are often heavily edited and don't represent real life. I am tired of the media making women feel less than what they are. So many times this is portrayed before our eyes just to make us spend money on something that doesn't actually give what they say it will and we are left feeling even more unlike "real women". They are stripping us of our self esteem so they can be rich. Really?!? Ok. I need to calm down. Lol

True beauty goes so much deeper than skin deep, but yet we judge and are judged by this shallow measurement. Beauty has to do with who you are deep down inside. Beauty has to do with your mind, heart, and your soul. The Bible states in great detail just how intricately you are made.

Feeling beautiful even when you don’t is all about nurturing your inner self, embracing your unique beauty, and surrounding yourself with positivity. It’s about rejecting unrealistic standards and recognizing that your worth is not defined by your appearance but by your character, kindness, and confidence.
